AutoVid provides an automated video creation and publishing platform for YouTube and TikTok content. The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate, edit, and schedule video content on behalf of users.

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

The Service integrates with third-party platforms such as YouTube and TikTok. Your use of these platforms is subject to their respective terms of service. AutoVid is not responsible for the actions, policies, or content of these third-party platforms.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements. Results from using the Service may vary.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AutoVid shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
